Communions are daily moments of attunement — something you do every evening and morning. You might think of them as affirmations or short meditations.

The communions I share here have their roots in the Essene communities.
Through their symbolic Tree of Life, they made deep connections with all forces and energies — in both the visible world and the unseen cosmic realms.
