communions

Communions are daily moments of attunement — something you do every evening and morning. You might think of them as affirmations or short meditations.

The communions I share here have their roots in the Essene communities.
Through their symbolic Tree of Life, they made deep connections with all forces and energies — in both the visible world and the unseen cosmic realms.

The 14 communions show how each of these forces is expressed in the body and consciousness of the human being.

Communions are moments of attunement for yourself, which you do every evening and every morning. Today, you could view them as affirmations or short meditations to remind you that you are connected to All That Is. With the help of these communions, you consciously tune in for a few moments each day to that Oneness and to the spiritual forces or aspects with which you and all of us are connected. It ensures that you feel more supported and connected in life than ever before.
