You’ll find a short 9-minute bodyscan, one of 16 minutes, and a lovingly extended bodyscan of over 40 minutes, designed to help you drop into deep awareness.

There is no background music — only a guiding voice and spacious silence, so you can truly connect with yourself and be present in every moment. Of course, you’re welcome to add your own music if that feels good.
